Colorado BBQ Challenge

Colorado's longest running barbeque competition, sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society, will be moving 7 miles up the road from Main Street Frisco to Copper Mountain this summer!

All the BBQ, music, competitions, and community will still be going strong with the addition of Copper's summer activities including The Rocky Mountain Coaster, Woodward Wrecktangle, go-karts, climbing wall, mountain biking, zipline, bumper boats, and more.

In true Copper fashion, the BBQ challenge will not be the only competition taking place on Father's Day weekend. Stay tuned for the announcement of athletic pursuits like Ribs & Jibs rail jam held on snow, a 5k Bacon Burner run, and a bike ride. Whether it's sampling the flavorful BBQ or one of the many adrenaline-inducing activities offered at the resort, there will be a variety of ways for guests to indulge at the Colorado BBQ Challenge.
